He has done  my brother  and sister  wedding over the years.
 .I am the youngest and  we strongly believed that he must be present
 for my wedding .Even in the food tasting he is able to move the chef
 to gave us a second one cos we are not impress  with the first food tasting

We are glad that he is  able to  gave us his full attention
His connection is  un- believe able  .Is  able to move and made  things work.
His band is good and very very   accommodative  and all my close friends
 and relatives-  really   party with us ,



 He plan the entire programme  and  he  run the whole show with out a hitch
 He has become a family friend .  We just have to relax and  enjoy the entire
Evening with no  worries. Thank u Stephen for  all your effort and  we

He is full of life / and  always ready to exercise whatever we required,
He brief us thru after sourcing all that was required  .
He organized the Bus to take us up the  Hills
He  organized a 5 piece band for the night dinner
He organized  4 strings band for Pre-cocktails.
He over  –see to the setting up of the Canopy -20 in total
He does all the decorations  adding more trimmings .
He  co-ordinate the  entire  event from start to finished,
He introduced the chef and the stalls concept.
He set up the Projectors and Screen to ensure everyone can
View the  Screen from all over. 
He was our Master of Ceremony-
He was also our tea-man- for the morning ceremony,
In short u name it – he Has it all under his control.

He is vey very popular with our Guest .
He knows all the rules and regulations of what  should be done
And what should follow next. The whole entire night - we just
Sit and relax  and listen to what he tell us to do.
Everyone  have  a wild time. /Plenty to eat. / Music was great !
The over seas Guest sat up till-3.00am in the morning,
We were bless with fine weather-  and  looking back it was
Worth all the effort by exploring such a decision to have the
Wedding   dinner  outside the normal 4 walls of the ball-room into
An open air –car-park  and turning it into a  beautiful Wedding
Garden  Dinner. Thank u Stephen and his team for such a job

"On such a big day of our life, it was Stephen Foong that made the BIG day smooth sailing. I can’t say that we weren’t stressed out prior to that but I can imagine how much worst it could have been if it wasn’t for Stephen. It was literally a No worries, No hassles, and No stress day for us. We just pointed to Stephen whenever anyone asked us anything.

We engaged Stephen Foong because he did such a great job on my sister’s wedding 4 years ago and when I called him, he hadn’t forgotten who they were; which was pretty amazing with the number of wedding he had planned.  It was great working with him as he was very professional and he always took it upon himself to ensure we were on the right track. He was also open to working with whomever we wanted to and made things easier by coordinating everything for us.  Throughout the day, he made impromptu changes when necessary (mostly requested by me) and made it all happen.



Stephen, thank you for putting up with my crazy bridal party and even though everyone kena sounding from you for doing all sorts of nonsense, WE ALL had a lot of fun!

Love gives us a fairly  tale.

We found stephen foong thru the website .We search the web and his name was the first to pop -up. My girl friend came along and we met him up - just in getting to know who he is and to see what he can do for us.

we were shock by his Knowledged and his widescope of contacts and he speaks with such authority that we know for sure he is the person whom we are looking for.

He took us to see the registra of marriaged and we can tell that he has great ties with them and  He could cut corneas and get us in and meet the  senior registra and lay down all the requirements that we hope  to achieved. He took us to see the venue that he thinks will be suitable to our dream blessing ceremony. We love the place.

as the day draws closer he never fail to update us, we really trust him and we still have our little "doubts:
that  morning he was in the Hotel at 7.00am  as he promised
and  dressing up the whole venue within 2hours. and getting us the right music with a short period time as i wanted it so badly and also abel to add on whatever i desire to enhence the surroundings,

He was our Mc and he did it so well that all my Guest gave him due respect of just  keeping silence for that half an hour and he lead us thru with such romantic  - love poems / and  beautiful vows and  it all run so smoothly.
The food was good / the band music was perfect / the  decoration was frantastic and everything was  good at the right place.

It was a life one -time experience to go thru such magical moment and esp. to be able to share with our family and close friends

Even if one does not know him by name, one will still be able to identify and describe him as the wedding planner that adorns himself with a whole lot of 'bling' and outrages outfits! Perhaps for some brides, this may seem overwhelming, but for me, it was precisely the reason why I was certain that I wanted to appoint Stephen Foong as my wedding planner when I got engaged in June 2008. He is a perfectionist in that he sincerely wants to make things right 100% each time. Bold in that he is unafraid to get the best possible outcome especially in those less-than-perfect situations.  And entertaining in that he is as much entertainment for those who interact with him or those who just observe him going about in his work.

We must say that it was my mom and aunty Bee Yeow who suggested that we engage Stephen Foong as our wedding planner. Now, being the couple that prefers to be hands-on on something as big as our wedding, we had our initial hesitations. But it turned out to be the best decisions we have ever made. From the first time we met him, he made us laugh non-stop with his unique style, humour and personality.  We quickly realized that it is important to not just have that someone who will coordinate the wedding from start to finish but someone who is able to create and liven up the wedding, and is able to make all our families and friends roll in joy and laughter, and to simply have a really great time!

Being the eldest to get married in both our families, we set out knowing that we wanted to follow the customary Chinese tradition of ‘kor tai lai’ and ‘seong tau’ ceremonies. Stephen had the in-depth knowledge of what was required to be done to ensure that we did not miss out anything. He was at both our houses to assist and to advise both families of the Chinese ways and customs throughout the ceremony. We are also extremely pleased that he took the lead during our food tasting - making sure that the food, presentation and all the finer details were ironed out. He certainly had great clout over the banquet manager, kitchen staffs, chef and all other service providers, which made it all very good, especially when it comes to more difficult matters.

On our wedding day, Stephen displayed the very best of his skills. He was instrumental in getting everyone together, coordinated the timing, and making sure that everything runs perfectly.  He was also our ‘tai kam loh’ and his repeated mentioning of auspicious Chinese sayings made both our families extremely pleased and added to the joyous atmosphere! During the dinner, he was our chief entertainer and emcee & he kept our crowd amused with his brand of witty humour and ever-changing attire. He also surprised everyone by belting out a song and even dancing in front of our crowd!

Undoubtedly, Stephen is no ordinary wedding planner. He is a super coordinator, adviser, ‘tai kam loh’, entertainer, fashionista, emcee, singer, and a reliable friend.

Stephen, our heartfelt thanks to you in making our wedding day so truly memorable! It was certainly a fun-filled wedding showered with abundance of joy, laughter and happiness! We could not have done it without your perfectionist nature, bold disposition and entertaining style.

The morning session was very fun and yet meaningful to all of us at home. The blessing ceremony was indeed a pleasant surprise to us. The function hall was beautifully decorated. I always emphasise on the romantic feeling that I wanted to experience during the signing ceremony. You made it! Likewise, I love the simple and yet tastefully

decorated grand ballroom for the wedding reception. It was simply gorgeous. It was exactly what I wanted. Having fixed the date ! but not the Venue  can be a  very – stressful and difficult  task. Not  knowing  which is the most   suitable  and easy access--  Venue for  all the Guest. Coming from all over the  city . 

A Venue that can be  be  versatile and  accommodative to our personal
Style / and  at the same time of elegance and sophistication,  it has to come with
High  ceilings  and  a pillar –free  hall.
At such  we  need    a resourceful  person who could suggest  and  with years of experience can  only be able to direct us  towards our  dream wedding and requirements. And  we are  glad to have  found  STEPHEN  FOONG as our wedding planner   In our  first encounter – Stephen  has given us  the assurance that  will provide every aspect in accordance  to our  preference  and  expectations.
The overall  ambiance  will need to  reflect  our   wedding style. We wanted something  oriental   for  the  wedding  theme, -

Lots of details  came together  in staging  a wedding  - we also required a church
Blessing  followed by  a  600  seated  formal dinner the next day
We finally identify   Sime Derby  ball-room as our   Venue.
Stephen   influence and   connections with  the  staff of  Sime Derby have  been  remarkable  and   able to enforce  many  “tough “ decisions that  the  staff have to honour  on  our  requirement.
He initiated  the food  tasting  with lots of  constructive  remarks and  the flow of the  menu  to match the  night  programme   so that  it will run smooth /assuring the food to be warm  .
We set down to do the costing and  his  recommendation is  very   very  practical
He  helps to  source most of  everything  and we wanted   a real  5 tier wedding cake 
He came for the church  rehearsal – just to assure that  everything is  in “tune ”

After months of  Planning – the day finally came.
We are all very excited  to see him and his team of  workers,
Everything went on  well  -just as what was plan.
He also  handle the  tea- ceremony  for both  sides of the family.
His timing and his   co-ordination  is  up to  top  condition
He  knows  exactly  what comes next  and what follow next on the dot.

Looking back  are  warm and  nice  fond memories  - Our  attendance for the morning ceremony was over  flow – And Stephen  will reach out to make everyone feels at home and to secure that  there is enough food for everyone,  that turns   up.
A section  was   block out for the  older folks to be able to  sit and dine in comfort
And   everyone  do stay back for  the reception and we also managed to take  lots of pictures with our   Guest ,
It was  really  stress – free cos we  know we have  Stephen around to  take care of the rest of the  details.
Stephen   have  never complaint  that  the  work is over –load .His  commitment and  dedication  requires me to salute  to such passions  of his  at all times. 

It was a good suggestion to  have the  wedding dinner the following day.
To run back and forth for two   sides family  tea-ceremony    is  no joke  at all  and to be able to spent Quality  time for both sides is  what most couple  desire   We are able to rest  and  prepare our-selves   for the next day  with   a   fresh “looked” and not been over –tired.

The following  day – Stephen was  already in  the  Ball-room of Sime Derby tying up  and  putting all everything  in order – the decorations / the set –up the   testing of Projectors  / the    floor plan according to plan   / the  backdrop / the  band  set up and also we have tailor  made for all  Guest  a bottle of  Honey  jar  as  Favours !
He see thru all  of it.


Stephen  we couldn’t thank u enough for all that  u have done for us.
You have now become our family  friend and we know for sure when my
Younger  brother   gets married  - we  want u to  handle it  all from start to finished.
We believed u  will continued to bring   happiness and  help  every wedding couple to  have  a  memorable  wedding  for a life-time.
